ape topik best utk aku coretkan malam ni.well,my day was Tough but overall great i can say.
Jumaat,penghulu segala hari..hurm alasan yang tak patut tapi selalu orang pakai untuk berbaju kurung atau kebaya atau yang sopan sket la termasukla aku. eh tapi bukan hari2 lain baju aku tak bersopan ye.cume aku senang sekali memakai baju salwar kamis ketika bertugas..

Pagi tadi ade satu kes menarik,biasenya D/Dx leptospirosis,dengue,dan malaria.. kali ni ade kes Brucellosis..

Mrs Ramya 56 presented typicaly with h/o intermittent and persistent fever,severe myalgia ,h/o animal exposure and arthralgia.hepatosplenomegaly +.and Blood investigation was done,shows that lymphocytosis present..MP/MF test neagtive, Igm Leptospirosis -awaited and now,still waiting for blood culture report but patient is highly suspected to be suffering from brucellosis.. so hopefully report ready esok or lusa ^^

so far,bila kenang balik my whole day,almost 3/4 my day was actually bad.but Thanks to Allah, malam ni i feel much better,dapat balik ketenangan ,Hikmat jumaat mungkin..
kepada Mr fiance,terima kasih jutaa jutaa =)) krn sempurnakan jumaat kali ni..=)

Dinner was terrific,i had mutton rogen josh with steam rice and sweet lassi (ok actually i order ni but then lepas try minum sikit,i exchange with my fiance,sbb coktail die lazat ..hehe)..

and i hope that tomorrow will be a better day for me.
p/s:hrm No Sunday for dis weekend..my turn to do sunday duty pulak kali ni.hish
